Doctors are going to be screwed. People like me are staying FAR away from med school. We'd already have to pay a hellishly high amount of money for med school and with these new negative changes for doctors... where is the incentive?

In my view things are a bit different.
Unmanned strikesin Pakistan did kill some civilians , but they successfully killed Talibans, including leaders. Im not implying I dont care about civilian deaths, but one would be naive to state anyone would go in and have the sole intention to kill civilians.
The Iran Issue. Why are US so concerned about them? Everyone knows Iran have strong ties with Hezbolla. And they have a leader who made that 'unbelievable statement' .

Have you researched what work was like when there was no government intervention at all? Where children worked in dangerous jobs and companies fired people who wanted enough money to live on.
Read the book, "The Jungle" and the history behind it. That lessons shows that we do need a degree of government control, otherwise things get out of hand that benefits companies and not people.
Why shouldn't Obama be an arbiter? He's the President after all.

Unions once served a purpose in this country to counterbalance powerful business---but now unions are the 'powers that be' that need counterbalancing. That's the whole issue many Americans are having--unions are too powerful in this country, and are making it difficult for business to grow the economy, which is what produces jobs...the irony of big unions!
And yes, the president should show leadership--my point is that he is an unfit leader-no experience.
