Mean? Hay-el, between shooting that squirrel (and offing a rat with a brick, but let's not go there)....I SO had a killer instinct , especially on the mats!!!! My Russian coach used to say he wished the guys could be more like me, LOL! Canadian National Senior Champion, 1998. Glory days! Best bench press: 225 lbs.(not full range of motion, but hey) Leg press: 400 lbs, easy! Sigh. Nowadays, just tryin' to stay out of trouble, lol!

Congrats on the weights and the CNSC.. As far as the rats go.. hell we have made a sport of that here. Go to the local grain elevator with .22 bird shot or pellet guns and bet a quarter a rat.. been going on since I was a kid and still get into it....lol

Very nice! You are amazing and talented. And yes, the "Annette" is difficult to say. My nieces and nephews had trouble when they were young and shortened it. I'm still known today as "Ant Net". LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Thx!! Yes, lived in Italy, plus 4 months in Greece, and travelled fr France to Spain (Pamplona, Basque country), Holland and Belgium (fast, cause I was hitch-hiking with trucks. Slept over the steering wheel of a Daf truck in the port of Rotterdam, cause it was too cold to sleep under the truck. Lots of adventures, LOL!!) Thx for watching.
