See, bands like Rise Against are what makes music and the world how it is, at least to me. their songs about confusion and castatrophes and things that relate to society and the human race as a whole. The lyrics reveal someones scars caused by a certain person and their struggles, which all are part of life. and the cool guitar helps too

While I'm not the biggest Appeal to Reason fan, I still think it stands head and shoulders above most the other stuff that is out there today--just doesn't stand up well to RA's other stuff.
Their best albums for me:
1. Suffer
2. Siren Song
3. RPM
4. Unraveling
5. Appeal
Suffer is my clear favorite but the middle three tend to shift around a good bit. On a side note... I don't think you can pick a clear cut "best song" from many RA albums, one of the reasons they are so good.

@EnigmaXII don't care for you to down on peoples comments, but songs that involve screaming aren't all the same, there is a noticeable distinction but people like you only care to have the difference made easily with songs from artists like rise against, and just so i don't get hated on by all the people who read this, i like songs like this and screaming artists. i just hate people that down on all genres that involve screaming. bugs me sooo bad.
Actually, I like metalcore a lot and a little Melodic Death Metal on the side, and I do not like it when other people bash on screaming also, but I only bash on the bands that have NO DISTINCTION WHATSOEVER between their songs. This is mainly towards Cannibal Corpse. :P

This song is so AWESOME. it's soooo addicting. I hate listening to a song over and over more than 2 times in a row, three if its really awesome, but this song is just so great that i can do that.

2. Slipknot have 2 or 3 good songs AND THATS IT.
3. Suicide Silence are JUST TERRIBLE. Every song sounds like the same devil-like growls and screams.
