I am brand new (day four) to the Raw world. I am a 45 year old female.

I recently watched the first 4 videos with Joyce and thought she was my age, I am blown away that you are 66 Joyce.

I was originally drawn to Raw thru an Ann Wigmore book (the Hypprocrates Diet) so I am thrilled with the chance to see Joyce's contributions about Ann here.

Whoah something is happening here, the essence of Ann Wigmore is really present, its like something deeply spiritual is hapening, cant put it into words, but this isnt just informative its HOLY/Sacred. truly its so so appreciated.
