all of you saying they are lip-syncing are idiots. You can tell that is NOT T-Boz's voice from the recording of Unpretty. It's so obvious the way they sing it, that they are not lip-syncing. Chili is making more harmonies. You can hear her more in the background here than in the recording. In their concert tours, they always use a live band, so they can't lip-sync. Do your homework.
