Our sin separates us from having a relationship with God, therefore we cannot experience oneness with God until our sin has been dealt with. That is why God had to come in the man Jesus Christ to reconcile us back to Him through His death on the Cross for the forgiveness of our sin. I hope this explanation helps you understand God.

I went to Joplin, Mo a couple of weeks ago to help out with disaster relief, I saw and participated in the compassion and outpouring of God's love to the people devastated by the tornados that hit that region. The two major organizations that were helping with disaster relief was Samaritans Purse and Convoy of Hope which were both Christian relief organizations. Where do you get this crazy perception of the Church?
