We have full coverage HMO Illinois. In 2001 the monthly was $200, with $25-$40copays. Now the monthly is $280, with same copays.

In January we switch to a PPO, with a $300 monthly, $500 deductable, same copay and 90% coverage And we have no other choice! So if a $3000 CT scan would cost us $300. Imagine what a $50,000 surgery would do to us.

We don't want a free ride! We want an affordable choice. It's just a shame that some people would deny us this in favor of corporate greed.
