Punisher in my opinion is the nicest of all time (aside from MF DOOM).

In terms of word play, nigga was eons a head of his time, you can bump capitol punishment and its still relevant and shit. In terms of flow and multi syllabic rhyme scheme, he way nicer than L, Big, Pac and all them niggas.
