WOW!!! I am impressed with Wendi Richter. I didn't think she had any kind of chance against Monster Ripper. Monster Ripper is all of 260 lbs., and Wendi Richter, at 145 lbs., stood her ground and handled the big Monster throughout the match. Wendi is a great champion and tremendous wrestler, but she usually takes a beating before she comes away with a victory. I've just seen Wendi at her best. Awesome match!!!

I love the commentator's insightful comments; "they are both near the door", they both want to win, but there can only be one winner", "this is a cage match",, lol! Great match from two great competitors!

Wendi and Rhonda were 2 of the best along with thd Fabulous Moolah, Judy Martin, Leilani Kai, Velvet McIntyre, Sherri Martel, Luna Vachon, Madusa, Bull Nakano, Aja Kong, Malia Hosaka, Jacqueline Moore, Ivory, Jazz, Victoria, Molly Holly, Trish Stratus and Lita. And modern day women like Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Melina, Gail Kim, Awesome Kong and Natalya Neidhard.
