Like the singing and guitar. Your video could probably have been framed better. Also, never underestimate what a simple sheet can do for a backdrop.
P.S. Your voice sounds kind of like Jewel's, only not quite as confident. You'd make a good "double" of her voice if she ever wanted to thicken her voice live without effects.

The signing and the guitar are basically what I put out there- so happy you liked them:) I wanted to make a video that would show others how easy it would be to take this song and make it their own. Be unafraid... if you will. Yeah, my framing is TERRIBLE and my vocal- I could do a seperate audio track for second chance that's MUCH better... but I wanted to be real. Its how my computer records me and I have lousy equpiment. That being said, give me time and I'll get better!

i dont want to sound mean but that wasnt good. shinedown are my favourite band, and this is my favourite song ever, i admire your courage to do this though. i havent a note in my entire body and would never be able to sing in front of people but take the advice, if your hoping to be a singer someday, avoid the dissapointment and chose a different career path because singing isnt your strong point and neither is playing guitar, maybe try a different instrument. i put that as nice as i could.

I tune by ear and since this was my old apartment (close quarters) I couldn't hear very well. I make do with what I have:) If its out of tune, then I've gotta make the vocals work with it somehow.

@teletran8 I agree... but I'm still not ready to take that leap yet. I prefer playing the strings with my fingers. Using my fingers to pluck and strum feels a lot more intimate to me. I will use a pick someday. My first video I use a pic/pick/pik(?) with, I will dedicate to You:)
