I managed, served, cooked for a waffle house in N.C. and let me tell you this, if you can cook there, you can do ANY job, b/c they do all the orders by MEMORY, no tickets here, the waitresses call the orders out, and we had to remember all the orders, this was the hardest job I ever had!

Long live the Waffle House's!!! This is true Americana in the sense of the old time American diners. Places like this are a dying breed. It's one of the few places other than chineese and japanese restaraunts that you can see them cook your food and KNOW it is served fresh and not sitting under hot lights all day or even worse....microwaved! waffle house is the best..the waffles have a slight sweet taste and then omlettes are super fluffy not to mention they can cook it in no time...I always order a ham and cheese omlette hashbrowns order of sausage and 2 waffles lol..about 5000 calories

Ah yes the Waffle House! Kind of like a gas station bathroom that happens to sell waffles. You never hear the phase "good job cleaning up" at the Waffle House. The Waffle Hose sign usually looks like a ransom note at night with one or more of its letters burned out.

requirements to work at a waffle house..for the waitress u have to have a few teeth missin.the more stains u have on yo teeth the quicker u get hired.u have to have a valid crime history,being on probation..perfect u get hired real quick.and also u have to be on drugs.if u have all that then yo best place to work is at the waffle house .holla
