BOOOO, you used a tool I mean congrats on still going pretty fast but, I used jesterJ for the psp other then speeding most levels up I got to level 19 at 191 lines done, with out a tool or cheating.

Well, if you read the description beforehand, I did mention it was tool-assisted. I wasn't shooting for skill points, I was just trying to make a cool video.

Without tools, by best score is roughly 300,000 at 177 lines.

I used an emulator and manipulated the ROM to make the gameplay a bit more exciting to watch.

At these high speeds, no one, not even myself, under normal power could do that. By doing this, I make an exciting gameplay video and keep it under the 10-minute time limit.

Well, when making a tool-assisted video with a emulator, people often use slowdown features of the emulator to play the game at a slower speed so they can do things they wouldn't normally be able to do. Then, it is recorded and played back at full normal speed, and you've got a tool-assisted video. (Other people also use savestates for speedruns, but I don't do that here.)

Hold down the A button while selecting a level. You will start 10 levels higher than what you chose.

Huh, after the first 300k or so, I was wondering how your final score could be so low...it almost looks like you manipulated luck after that to give yourself a BAD draw. I mean, nothing seemed to be coming when you needed it...
