@KountryBig Grand jury agreed that its a good decision. Don't know what kinda screwed up state you live in, but here in VA we have whats called the "Fleeing Felon" Rule. If someone committed a violent felony (attempted capital murder of a police officer) and apprehension should not be delayed because of the risk to the public you are allowed to "Stop" them. Notice it says stop and nothing else, in other words stop by any means necessary.

@thp501 YES HE CAN!... Rule states, "to stop"...... It has happened in VA! Rule doesn't say anything about how.... just says stop....sorry to burst your bubble, maybe you need to return your law degree to Wal-mart.

@KountryBig Well because when someone runs from one state into another you do not know who you are dealing with, The VA Trooper did nothing wrong. If I hear " He was scared" I am going to puke. I have been stopped by law enforcement and knew why I was being stopped before they reached my vehicle. Take it like a man and own up to what you have done.
