Yes she is a child, but this is for her dance class. It isn't like she is out there twirling on a stripper pole. Dance classes do dances like this all the time, GET OVER IT! Obviously her parents don't care if she dances like that, or they would have pulled her out of dance class. If you don't like it, then don't put your kids in dance class. As for the children of others, let them take care of their own children.
