It was a young guy driving. Happened at about 7 AM and he said he wasn't speeding. I think he was speeding. I don't know if he fixed it or not. It was close to my home and I thought I would get a clip to show the neighbours.

The average classic car has already been heavily rebuilt just to keep it together already. That car probably had multiple major panels replaced before it was hit.
