U got adavnce a little in the history first , then u'll have an option on the restaurant managing window to spent money on training staff and advertising .

Well customers will always complain ... u can get better trained staff (and then cut their payroll ), or train the ones u got better . As for making money ... get lots of tables and raise your prices :p ( also opening at 7 a.m. and closing at midnigth makes u serve more meals :P )

Better looking restaurants than I ever designed. You actually ran them with that many tables?? How did your staff keep up?

It's a fun and challenging game, incredibly hard to win without lowering goals or using cheats.

Yep i really had a lot of tables in the restaurant :P . a good hint is to hire a lot of staff and assign them to work only in one floor , assign a kitchen porter to the dumb waiter and another one to the washing machine , etc .

how did you change the floor pattern of the first floor of your restaurants? im only on the first few chapters and im stuck with the crappy fast food restaurant type tile floor.
