I think Courtney has had times in her life where she looked very very beautiful - when she was with Kurt and had that babydoll/whore look, that worked for her. Last year when she lost all that weight so fast and had all the facial surgery, to me, she morphed into some kind of freak show. I don't know if she can ever get back her original wild beauty or if now she will always look like an anorexic corpse with her face reconstructed like Michael Jackson's - unrecognizable from what it once was.
