lets say we lived in some strange topsy turvy universe where evolution was proven to be impossible and completely incorrect. The only reasonable explanation at that point for our existence would be a god. abiogenesis is one thing, but a homosapien forming from non living matter? that necessitates a creator that did not evolve either (in that universe).

We don't live in that crazy universe though so the question is rather pointless.

Homer's Illiad has over 400 and the earliest is in the 1300's. The earliest of the New testament Docs are within a hundred years of the origional writings. These were eye witness accounts. They all were kill,tortured or both. What for a lie? These people were with Jesus and gave us personal verifiable accounts. Godbless you.
