  • il dialogo sarebbe dovuto essere:

    -Rolex?

    -Casio.

    -Bellissimo.

  • una persona sapeva già che vesper era in malafede

  • Great that they made advertising for the joung state montenegro !

  • Vanno a salvare l'antico vaso?

  • "Rolex ?" "Omega" "Bellissimo"

  • I cannot stand Vesper, since this introduction scene!

How she dares to judge James when she's already betray her conutry?

  • @ultrafragola2000 betray her country>? i don't think so. at least not at this scene.

  • @wning12

Imo yes,he criticize the Bond devotion to the Country,in being a secret agent of MI6, while she've already planned to stole all the info that will need to save his man...how hypocrite.

  • @ultrafragola2000 ??i don't get it

she criticized Bond at first sight, surely she didn't trust him at that time.

but during the poker game she fell in love with Bond. that's why she saved Bond's life and also herself's by giving back the money to Mr. White. she had no idea that her BF was a double faces spy.

because of the money maybe we could say she betrayed the country, but i don't think she was hypocrite.

  • @wning12

BAH..she is imo...she don't save at all Bond life, she cannot give the infos to the Quantum organization,so she simply said that only one to have password was Bond, and White need to took the money so clearly he coulden't kill Bond cause he need the money.

  • @ultrafragola2000 emmm...about the torture there's no further info from the movie. we can only guess she made a bargin with Mr. White.

  • @wning12 I know that, infact this is my opinion, could be totally wrong about that.

Vesper tried so hard to convice Bond to quit the poker final hand..just because imo she would gave the money directly to White, once Bond had win the huge money what she can do..?LeChiffre in this thing became a sort tricky of diversion.

  • @ultrafragola2000 my opinion is until Mr. White showed up at torture scene, she didn't even know him. and Mr. White was just obligated to his clients and took money back from LeChiffe. She made deal with White and promised to give money back for saving both lives. i think only at that time you could call it a behavior of betrayl.

As for LeChiffre, his purpose was just getting money from poker game. As superior, Mr. White didn't care how he gathered money, he just needed it back

  • @wning12 Tha could be..even if Mr White told to LeChiffre before kill him that it's not only a matter of money for his organization, but mainly a question of trust.IMo Vesper and White knew them much longer before her and Bond get caught by LeChiffre.

  • @ultrafragola2000 you're right. it's not only about money, but also trust.

but is there any detail that can proof Vesper has known Mr White before?

  • @wning12 Nope,i guess that we can try reading the book, but i suppose that they don't know personally, not even met face by face till that moment, but surely she had to manage with White to save her bf life.

Think about this:Vesper had his cell phone number, infact she gave to Bond.

  • @wning12 Her BF probably was a spy since the start even if she dind't relize that, simply you cannot give confidential information on your country to save ONE guy...you cannot criticize a true spy claimed as spy simply because you're sure that a spy kidnapped your man..com'on..she's obnoxious.

How could you dare to say nasty things to Bond while you know that you're betraying your country to save ONE man?

  • @ultrafragola2000 i think i get your point. this is the part i've never thought it over.

i think she always felt gulity and wanna die when everything is done. maybe her opinion of Bond had changed when she knew the password. but her thought of to die never changed.

    Love makes blind.

  • @wning12 About the willing to die of Vesper: i think the she knew for sure that Bond never forgive her,so better die cause she cannot live without his love.

Yes..better die instead of face the conseguence of your wrong choices.
