heres a tip:dont take 1 pistol,take many pistols,if you shoot a zombie and 1 pistol has to be reloaded,quickly switch to the other one and shoot the zombie down!

@SilusTheDemon i had the same problem, then i found a fix. Go into the game, make a server, any map, load it up, play for 2 seconds, then refresh your server list, and they should all be there.

Besides. L4D and L4D2 can be given custom maps with complex styles of how to get to the end, Custom skins, etc. ZPS just has a nice way to bring out the "Outbreak" in zombie outbreak. (Custom maps and skins are unknow to me about the game.)
