Yes, true, "it was the prisonn that told no one to go in to her jail cell" but it's the POLITICIANS who have the duty to provide oversight into how these prisons are run. Ashley was moved from facility to facility and treated with contempt.

There are also good people serving citizens and I'm especially thinking about our Ontario Ombudsman, Andre Marin, who knows the abuse of authority inflicted by those who govern us ON us! And his SORT team are also finestkind advocates for the vulnerable of this province.
