@evilperson86u the cam makes it louder because it dumps more fuel and air into the cylinder due to the valve being open further, and longer, therefore giving it more mass to compress into the same size combustion chamber as before, causing it to have a more powerful explosion in the chamber upon ignition, hence making it louder. just like a black cat firecracker in a can, compared to a m80 in a can. the more explosives, the bigger the bang, the louder the noise. hope this answers your question.

The loud, lopey idle of a "big" cam is usually caused by valve overlap - the exhaust valves are held open longer to help scavenging (help pull the air into the cylinders on the intake stroke). That's part of the reason these cams may seem to "lose" power at street RPMs. FI setups don't need as much help pulling air into the engine, so (street) blower cams have less overlap and tend to idle smoother than N/A cams. Overlap is a function of duration and LSA.
@hawkdsh It's also why N/A cams with big duration numbers tend to have footnotes in the catalogs explaining that they require a manual trans or high-RPM stall. Can't launch with one at 1500 RPM, or you're likely to bog or stall.

And the only thing I don't like about the car is the tail lights.. Otherwise it is perfectly fine!! they aren't over sized rims with some wack design, they are basic 5 spokes with some extra fill in stuff that is personal preference.. Plus he didn't say that it was "heavily modded because of the cam" said it was heavily beforehand..

Rims are ok...kinda outta place with the center ninja star looking design, but the headlights and tail lights completley ruin the look all togehter, sounds great has a great lowered stance on the staggered 18's im assuming? But get rid of the Ricey BS. Its embarassing to other stang owners.

thats how your supposed to drive a stang? rev it to the moon after startup which i would almost bet is a COLD start, then dogging the hell out of it burning up the clutch by revving it backing out of your driveway... Hell that pos cant even spin 2nd gear... my 97 COBRA (which is non supercharged might I add) roasts tires if i want to 1st 2nd and 3rd gear and its STOCK with exhaust shifter and a gear... cmon man... put some heads and such on it and make that thing come alive!

people give him a break!!! I've owned 2 mustangs of this style and those rims look pretty cool actually (I'd rather have bullitt style chromes but that's just me). And the only thing I don't like about the car is the tail lights.. Otherwise it is perfectly fine!! they aren't over sized rims with some wack design, they are basic 5 spokes with some extra fill in stuff that is personal preference.. Plus he didn't say that it was "heavily modded because of the cam" said it was heavily beforehand..
