@loco4naruto Hey there those circles on the stage are the simbol of Phoenix Company, called here in my country Argentina Fenix Group. so it means that company is the sponsor. Many companys are the sponsor of rockstars usually so its no surprise to see their simbols on the stage.

@tskfreak402 It's the Inazuma Rock Festival of 2009. I think you can get some of it if you order one of his albums, but you can't buy it on DVD, sadly.... I want all of the Inazuma performances (2009/2010/2011) but you can't buy them on DVD

But, he is a guy and he's not a cross dresser, but it's this style called Visual Kei which contains weird hair and some feminine aspects. I hope this helps you out and enjoy listening :).

He composed this song about one year after he started his career as TMR,

Back then he was so worried about his future but he kinda made his break through with this song. So he is really attached to this song and put it on the last of his list of performance. And He is so happy that he can still sing on the stage in front of lots of audience 13 years after his debut. He cried as he was overwhelmed with those emotions, I think.

This was during his comeback tour, and he decided to end the concert and the tour itself since (if I recall) this was his last concert of the tour with the single that brought him into mainstream as TMR period. He has always stated that the song carries such an incredible force with him, I'd be surprised if he /didn't/ cry.

On another note; that song was pitch-perfect. New "pop" artists in Japan can't sing worth a dime but this guy is THE Top Dollar to all of them.
