I love how the main riff in this song simply goes down a minor pentonic scale, yet I'm still trying to figure out how to fingerpick the bass and harmony along w/ the riff. Good stuff! =]

Practice it really slowly! One beat at a time. Use the thumb to hit the bass note on beats 1 + 3 while simultaneously hitting the melody note with the middle finger. I need to make a video on how to play this cuz it's pretty easy to play actually. Just hard to explain it accurately with words.
