smooth cam and lots and lots of patience with the 3d filter and motion key-framing...

well it's from the filters section.

smooth cam - makes shakey cam movements smoother.

3d filter you can make text turn around like it was 3d and stuff

Motion Key framing controls where something moves around in the video (if you want something to move around; like a picture and stuff)
