Watch Top Gear's Making VW Scirocco ad episode and come back watch - VW's ad policy is in this ad. All VW commercial has genuine attributes of their products. I instantly thought of TG episode and VW ad men in it :)

The sounds are subliminal, they are there to get in your head and keep you stupified. I doubt this unintelligible commercial has any real merit whatsoever. Its not clever at all and wreaks of subliminal manipulation. If you are going to sell a product, you don't need to pull out the mindf U ckking. Just be sincere and don't be so desperate as to believe people need to be duped into buying something they don't need.

Is it just me or is this ad the most contrived audio subliminal ad ever on australian tv? FFS does marketing teams dream up new ways of screwing with peoples minds subliminally in order to dishonorably fleece you for every penny earned.

So that car can automatically parrallel park.. the old guy's reaction was the same as mine first time. But.. can he really even see it from that spot? The woman driving doesnt put her hands up very high, the window glare makes it hard to see anyone inside, kinda at an angle too, and he was so amazed by some ordinary little standard vw pulling up in the first place to watch? still, i guess its pretty amazing. But the ad's overall theme of random sounds n sights doesnt inspire me much
