While shadow dragon isn't really bad, I do admit it's my least favorite of the FE series. It's good on it's own, but in comparison it looks worse than it really is.

michalis and camus were both doubled by abel with a forged ridersbane, and both killed, no prob. of course, this was on easy mode...

I killed Camus easily with Hardin and a Ridersbane. Catria(sniper) and a killer bow also works on H5.

Out of the two, Camus is the harder. Michalis can be killed by Minerva or Marth. Magic smashing him is a good idea as well. Camus will kill you very fast and he normally will be the one getting 2 attacks.

A forged weapon is the way to go to pwn him. Although if you accidentally attract him he WILL kill you fast.

Both got them down with Barst, just like the Final Boss, in only one hit. :3

When I reached Camus on H5, I was a little apprehensive about facing him. I lured him by having one faceless hero I recieved at the beginning of the level bait him and hit him for 6 dam with Beck's Pachyderm. Caeda Wing Speared him, and he countered with a miss. My newly promoted CC'd Swordmaster Est made easy work of him with her starsphere and Mercurius. Taking proper measures and thinking carefully about which units and weapons to use in H5 is crucial. With sound logic, Camus should be easy.

Incidentally, Camus isn't what you should be fearing in the later H5 chapters. It's the amounts of reinforcements you have to face that all weild brave equivalent weapons. From what I've heard, these are replaced by FORGED brave weapons in the last chapter, which is truly fearful. Not to mention Medeus is an absolute monster in H5.

Hell, if people thought Camus and the joke called Michalis was hard in normal, try facing Medeus in H5...if you can make it to him.

He's probably the toughest opponent in the entire game. Medeus? Pfft. The old guy doesn't even move. While Camus can be supereffective'd or critted, his stats are quite high, Gradivus is extremely powerful for a 1-2 range weapon, and I believe it can also be used to heal oneself.

I personally used a forged Rapier + Starsphere to take him down. Camus, however, still whooped my ass more than once...

Nice theme, but Camus is rather easy to kill. Personally I had Dracoknight Shiida take an Energy Drop, then she was escorted there by 3 Draco replacements (who all died) before OHKOing Camus for Gradivus.

Granted I was playing the easiest setting when I first got the game, I was fully expecting Camus to kick my ass, which he could have. I could have avoided him but, eff that I wanted his spear, so I put Mercurius on my Ogma, warped him over there, aaaand...

OHKO crit. Well, that was anti-climactic, oh well, atleast I have the spear now.

Same thing happened with the last boss and Marth, expecting a tough fight, aaand OHKO crit. I was like, seriously? This the big bad scary dragon?

On my first PT, Camus scared the shit out of me because I was ill prepared. Granted, this was NM and I promoted a few dudes too early. I decided to pelt the guy with Jake's Pachyderm(twice), then lured him in with Draug. He hit me for 5 DMG and I critted him with a javelin. Granted, Doga's level up was crap(only Spd), but I got his spear and I may have saved countless PC's from dying.

Re: If you are wondering how Draug only took 5 DMG, NM Camus has 35 Atk and my 14/12 Doga had max Def.

If you think Camus is tough in the easier modes, wait until you see him in H5. Here are his stats, if you mind:

Ouch. With the Gradius, he has 42 Atk and 21 AS. Better hope you have a REALLY tough paladin, cause Draug's gonna get doubled unless he has 18 Speed or more(hard unless you used Hunter to General.)

@darkandroid125 My problem with this game is if you just give every stat item to a single character; in my instance Wolf after I turned him into a General. You can reach 30 across the board, said character will faceroll across the field and one-shot everyone. I killed Camus with a 18 Might crafted spear with one hit. It was *really* anti-climatic, same for just about every other unit/boss in the game.

Why did I pick Wolf? I dunno, he has purple hair.

What I did against Camus was that I used Beck's Pachyderm to drain his HP to about half, then used Caeda's Wing Spear to finish him. I had to use Beck because if Caeda attacked Camus on full HP, she could double and KO him, but she would lose 23-27 HP out of her 36 max.
