If I may give some tips:

The head should be tilted slightly forward, the position of the hands is best kept in the same position as advised with legs crossed: right on top of left and tips of thumbs crossing.

Technical: if would be nice if the sound was louder so one could hear it and the camera is at the height of your eyes instead of looking down on you.
