He always tried to make sure voting was based on performance. He never said a word about Adam until AI was done though Ryan tried to make him talk about it. It's silly to think he faked anything.

I know that a lot of these posts are old, but I couldn't help but read the comments by people who didn't really know whether to believe the reports of David's "illness". He has essential high blood pressure - it's genetic. There is no reason to have it, but it occurs any way. I had it when I was his age too. Stress makes it worse. You feel dizzy, then anxious, then the heart palpatations set in. It's not life threatening, but feel like your going to die. Meds keep it under control.
