i used this, but my ipod is fucked now. i cant restore it, its in restore mode, i tried to use a restore to get it to be in regular, unjailbroken mode, but it doesnt work. any one help?

what version of iTunes do i need to be on in order for me to do the jailbreak ?

i am currently on 8.2... is there a way to downgrade to 8.1 ?

The vid is great man, you explained step by step really well. I'm getting and iPod Touch this weekend so I'm going to use this video as reference (: haha.

Just 2 questions.

1- Does this work with iTunes 8.2? (i heard rumors that sometimes it didn't..)

2- I have some cracked apps i downloaded from the net and are saved on iTunes. Those apps will sync automatically or do i have to look for some other way around for those apps?

i did the final snow program and it say I "thanks" like yours except for the last part. When i load the "custom ipsw firmware" it extracts but then says it was unsuseccesful do u know why?... ( my ipod still works but its not jailbroken) :( Thnx though, you got me half way there lol.

Once you have jailbroken the ipod can you restore it to its original stage, before it was jailbroken?

no. u hold alt+restore. then chose the ipsw file. then itll do its custom restore. hope this helps :)
