if it gets ripped to pieces and stuck, you can always buy a nasal horn, idk what its called, at the pharmacy, and some salt water to rinse your nose, its not very comfortable, but its not that bad, and it gets the spaghetti out....i havent tried it, but i had to use a freaking horn after getting nose surgery, a few weeks ago
