When they first meet Penny his facial expression shows that he is attracted expecially when he was showing her his equations on the board. When Penny comes out of the shower in a towel he quickly looks shyly away. He calls her attractive when she beats him a Halo. You have to watch his mannerisms when Penny is around. He really doesn't know how to show his feelings. He never turns her down when she needs help.
