@eimhing7 and exactly how am I a weirdo? I just prefer the looks of freshwater angelfish more. And I like saltwater angelfish, just not as much as freshwater.
I live in Hawaii and snorkel daily. I see the coral being stepped on and broken by fish collectors. Most saltwater fish aquarium fish (90%) are still wild caught. Here there are fish so rare that we can no longer see them, because they have all been collected for tanks. Check out forthefishesdotorg, not my site but explains the truth. Research the destruction that tank released lionfish are causing in the atlantic. Sigm the petition "reef fish are not ornaments"!
No way I would put an Emperor in anything less than a 240 gallon if I planned on keeping it for the duration of its life. They outgrow 125 gallon tanks pretty quick.
@forthefishes Most of these fish (90%) are now captive bred so to be perfectly honest we are doing them a favour by prolonging the species , many breeders release more back to the wild than they sell , we call it conservation , you may have a different word for it , plundering maybe , its just not true , we do much much more help than harm.
I prefer freshwater angelfish. They look a lot prettier to me.

Not Cool. Coral reefs around the world are being decimated by fish collectors for aquariums!
