Guys,stop dicussing edgebug and jumpbug distances pls. 10000 units or whatever is not harder than 7000 units since you have exactly the same fallspeed from that height (2000 units/second). I could jump from 999999 units height (if it was possible to do such big maps) and it wouldn't be harder than this at all. It's the fall-speed that matters, and not the distance. Thats also the reason why its easier to do jump- and egdebugs from low distances, cuz there your fall-speed's lower.

you can do much higher but now in highest map the max possible is 8081 units in world_highest_edgebug. check out old video from nebusboy - "8081 units jumpbug by Me". some1 could do like 12k high map so could try that =)

well eizn who made the 12k high map never published the map for some reason, and non of the xj admins/mappers succeeded to make a higher map than 8081 units, so that's why i said 8081 is the highest you can do.
