He Played a Transid Cop in 1993´s THE FUGITIVES and he admits it to JD (MY Friend the Doctor) and later to Carla ( MY Comedy Show) that he acted in this movie.

That means that the Janitors name is the Name of the actor in THE FUGITIVES from 1993, which actually is NEIL FLYNN!!
