IT´s not offensive in the message. I am Mexican and it´s not offensive in that way. The problem is that it uses the colors of the flag, and in some posters it uses the Flag´s seal which is illegal to use. This is the problem. In mexico there are a lot of laws about using Patriotic symbols. You go to jail. Even if you forget or change part of the national anthem while you sing, is a cause of a serious fine or jail time.
