I went to see this band right after Apocalypse Dudes came out....My friend said "You gotta check these guys out, you'll like them!" Well, I was absolutely blown away...the show was in Milwaukee Wisconsin and the band was jumping around everywhere...Euroboy was body surfing while playing solos...they played for a long time - you could tell that they didn't want to leave....neither did the fans.

In the Turbonegro Documentary about them reforming there is a scene where they explain why they dress the way they do. They went through several earlier stages when the band was going to be named "Nazi Penis", then coined the name Turbonegro because they found out record labels wouldn't put a "Nazi Penis" album out. They had been getting flack for being a clean cut Scandinavian band so they decided to dress the like the thing that scares hard rock the most....gay dudes! <3 Turbonegro
