@roxycar11 Thank you for the sweet comment Rosanne! :) My Mom did love it. We had a wonderful Christmas, my husband, daughter and I stayed home yesterday and just enjoyed doing things together. We celebrated on Christmas Eve with family. Everything was nice. I hope you and yours had a very wonderful Christmas as well. And pc is fine now, but I took it in two more times after this video. lol My mic unit still doesn't work. And that is what I took it in for at the beginning. Go figure! lol
@TracysTreasures24 Thank you Tracy! She did. Then she went out and purchased an adjustable one because she found out that it is to hight for her. So, I guess we are gonna have to have it cut down a bit so she can use it. :) But yes, she loved it!

And thanks for the (sweet comment) ;o) hehe Truth is, I am an amature artist because I have never taken any sort of lessons. But I was referring to what I once did and it is so long ago. I for sure lost my touch. Just a matter of keeping the gift alive so to speak.
@PatsTreasuresNCrafts Thank you! You should! I would love to see it when you do! :o) If you do, make sure not to use metalic paint like I did. The sun with cause it to bubble. I learn that the hard way. It may work fine to add some shimmer to the paint if you want a metalic look. I didn't realize that metalic paint would be so different. After all it was like the acrylic paints. But there is something a bit different and I didn't know it. But I do now. hehe Live and learn.

@LindaLap :o) Thank you! I am actually thinking about going to school for art painting. I have never taken and type of art lesson in any kind of art. I wish I would have took art in school. So, honestly, I am an amature artist. But what I was trying to say in the video was that I use to paint all the time when I was younger. I helped my mom and dad do arts and crafts when I was home. Since it was so long ago I lost my touch. :) Next one will be better.. :)
STUNNING! I love it. I would be proud sportin a cane like that. I have a lavendar cane that I use for everyday & getting ready to paint a plain black cane for a night out w.the Hubby to match what I'm wearing. You did a nice job.
I use a walking stick, and I think this is just fabulous!!!!! It is something that we do not think of doing up. Watch out world- my stick is going to look different. Thanks so very much for the wonderful idea!!!! Your mum is going to be sooooooo proud to use this wonderful work of art.
@punkynpunkin Thank you for your sweet comment! I just hated seeing my mom carry an ugly brown cane around. :) I just fixed it up for her to help brighten her spirit. I hope you are doing better since your knee replacement.. That is tough to go through. My mother-in-law fell and hurt her knee and had to have a couple of surgerys. It seem like she would never recoop from it. But she is doing much better now. I would consider painting one for you. Just let me know what you have in mind.
