Well... ProTools is officially goin down. Damn this is cool. New industry standard soon unless AVID gets their heads out of their asses. I bet the update price for current Cubase 5 users will be very reasonable too.
Wish you guys would offer the full program without limits but also without your in house plugins (that I wouldn't use, because I've already purchase some rather expensive ones)
I really miss the printed manual. Its always a bad decision to take away what most customers want. Its obvious that not including the manual you were going to disappoint. Of course Cubase 6 is a Great program and I'm loving it!...but no frosting on this cake..I'm going to sync the pdf up in ibooks when i get the ipad2 so maybe that will work.
About f¤%#ing time!! How many hours have been wasted with these features not being available until now (or soon)?
Now, insert a feature for "typing" the VST/VSTi that you want to use (as already available in Jeskola Buzz, which is freeware I might add). Write "Sur" and Cubase will automatically show you "Vember Surge VSTi", highlighted. Click. Done.
This i should get it for mac now that is has x64 support? I love how this looks so great for midi editing. Now they added an easy way to add crescendos and pianissimos just by right clicking, which is great.
Steinberg is pretty much forward maintaining their "old school daw concept" with Cubase, while nearly all other DAWs try to offer a modern "one screen workflow concept".
What is the difference between Cubase 6 and Cubase Artist 6?

What is the new maximum Buffer size available? In Cubase 5 the highest I could choose was 2048. My Mac has 16Gb RAM and I can't fully use them.

No need for horrible lists and lists of plugins.
Thanks!

@DwineZiphy
If you take a moment to organize your plugins inside the folder they are located in, the list goes down considerably.
