52-4=48, so 48= 3m²

3m² = 3 x(times) m², so m² must be a number that multiplied by itself 2 times and then multiplied by 3 equals 48, but most important, what number multiplied by 3 is 48? so, to know that just divide 48 by 3, 48/3= 16, we now know m², so if m²(16) is a square, then it must be a number multiplied by itself 2 times, what number multiplied by itself two times is 16? 4x4, or m², or 4² =16 ...... so

3 x 4²+4=52
