Both of these guys are really good. RX is really famous for is Aegis combos and his juggling. Sugiyama is a really good necro player. They are both now on team RX if I remember correctly. So they are "partners" now :P

Sure RX does lose, but he plays ALOT and he is one of the best players period. I don't watch Sugiyama very often but judging from this video he must be an awesome player as well

This is literally the third time I have ever seen RX lose.

The first time was with Ruu Ryu(kick ass finish), the second was someone's Dudley(they were amazing), and now Sugiyama is has been my favorite for Necros for a while now.

for the KFG aka Deshiken, I don't think you will find it on youtube, so far only few people have that tournament, unless someone posted it...which I greatly doubt. There are many tournament videos that did not see the day on youtube, I own most of them, sadly uploading them is a lot of work...

It's debatable.

Most would say that pino is better at combos/juggles/offense and Sugiyama is better at spacing and defense.

I think its really anyone's call.

I would say Sugiyama, but I would also say it's debatable from time to time.

If Sugi gets a chance to combo, he probably will and probably hard. Take the stunning match with Messatsu for example. He was pounding him with his elbow into the wall till the hitbox would actually disappear. Woops - there was a lot more than half of his life gone!
