I went to a seminar given by LoanWell Financial. It was put on by the same person in this video who seems to be the owner. I didn't feel comfortable and felt like he was not someone I would be comfortable doing business with. Eventually I found another person who helped me and was willing to take the time to answer my questions without pressure. I love my reverse mortgage but am happy I went with another company. I felt they were more sincere and cared about my situation.

I looked into a reverse mortgage for my mother with this company, they have been under various names. Wonder why?? Note, James Russell and the gentleman named Gary, are both employees. Seems like misleading when the only satisfied customers they could come up with are employees. Why did they have to use "ringers". Check background of the owner before you use them.
