This is from Sea World Texas in 2005 with another captive orca named Ky. Ky didn't manage to kill his trainer, Steve Aibel, but the guy was somewhat hurt and bruised...

thanks for a good comment man, couldn't figure out why it looked so much like a man. But wasn't the texas incident in 2004? But never the less it depicts what probably happended at san diego pretty well.
