@djrpr123 Yeah, they are kinda in a tough spot, and took that into consideration. The thing is, no matter how much I tighten them, and as another poster mentioned welding, there's no real way to seal these joints. That is, other than time and trusty expansion and contraction.
When I run it a few times, I'll get it almost red hot and tork it just a bit more (without snapping the bolts). When I'm 100% confident it's not leaking, Then I'll cut off the remaining studs and spread some joint compound/sealer on the nuts,
@robert1988420 many times it is best to just weld the pipe instead of using clamps like I did. It's also more common to do with a full stainless steel system. This exhaust will no doubt last longer than the car. Or atleast longer than the Catalytic converter... LOL.
I was going to say cut that crappy converter (high dollar) out , but remember you telling me about 5 point inspections, you go through there ? We got rid of are V.E.T. (vehicle exhaust testing ) here 5 years ago !

You should have tightened the clamps sideways. Being downward like that, they will get caught on everything that passes under the car.
