Yes, the urine is stored for some time, preferably longer than one month. But the application here is without dilution.

Our organization in Tajikistan (PO SAFO, NGO) realized similar project. In this case I would like to ask you. I'm not sure, it was mentioned here or not. Difficult to understand their dialect. Do they need to mix urine with water 1by 8? Also urine must be stored for one month or not?
