I'd give dub Minoru some time. Remember, all of the other voice actors had a tendency to pronounce Japanese names like that. I think it's just a matter of time before it becomes second nature for him. Look at Stephenie Sheh, early on in Bleach, she pronounced Chizuru two different ways: The way it's supposed to be pronounced and Chi-ZU-ru.
