in llangollen she won the under 15 section as my neice competed there are diffferent age groups and adult competitions we go there cuz we are a welsh family some people think it was an open competitin like bgt and its not she was in the childrens section
Sorry to disagree but she turned 13 in July 2008. When this vid was made she was 12. She was still 12 in May 2008 when she appeared on Britain's Got Talent.
umm yeah she was good, but they didn't chose the winner just based on how good they were. the public assessed how much winning the competition would change the persons life and obviously voted for who they thought would benefit most from winning

Ok, all the people giving her greif. atleast shes achieved something in her life, that she is passionate about and she has loooong life ahead of her and a amazing carrier. I mean im 14 and yes, i would love to be a singer. But i suppose thats something that will never happen. Ok, so she may be out of tune abit. But wouldn't you at 11 singed ave marie? i know i would especially in that tone of voice style. Im sorry but all you people give her **** sort you lifes out and take a look at her.

she won the under 15 age group when she was 10 i know because my neice competed we are a welsh family there aee different vocal competitions she wasnt against aduls and was in yhe kis section people think she won the whole thing

Sorry you don't understand -the girls COULD have fame if they wanted - they don't -they absolutely love where they are at the moment and exciting things, such as what Faryl is doing, happen to them all the time- I assure you. She wasn't 14, she was 12 years old when she auditioned for BGT 2008, so she is 11 in this video. It's the category that's 14 years and under. I still think she is a musical prodigy of some kind...

Faryl Smith has never said she was Welsh, she won the LLangollan festival at 10 and was asked by the Welsh press if she had any Welsh connections in her family.All she gave was an honest answer that shes got relatives there but only distant.I wish people would actually read interviews before opening their mouth.

If you read what it says in the start of the clip, you will see that it was filmed in 2007. She is 14 now.

Sorry to disagree but she turned 13 in July 2008. When this vid was made she was 12. She was still 12 in May 2008 when she appeared on Britain's Got Talent.

umm yeah she was good, but they didn't chose the winner just based on how good they were. the public assessed how much winning the competition would change the persons life and obviously voted for who they thought would benefit most from winning

So she's the worst singer ever? Hmmm! Millions of people worldwide would disagree with you on that. Watch some of her interviews on YT and you will see that she is far from being a wierdo. Just type Faryl interview in the search panel, it's that easy. As for it hurting your ears, then the cure for that is stop listening. I don't think that you mean all of those things really.
