I must say, I agree with you about solo/duo que. After we are 0-15 (without me helping that #) I start not giving 2 damns about winning when it's not going to happen. Then I let them rage as I dive every time. It works sometimes though! If you held it together early with the right champ but usually loosing the first 5-10 kills its pretty annoying lol. No I in team I guess!

I think if you're in elo, say 950-1400 you need to adapt and be on a lane that you can be game breaking( say jungle or mid) give tips out and have map awareness for everyone else because you know, people in 950 won't look at the damn minimap.

Win your lane early enought to pick other lanes.

I want to join you but i have the same problem as you, i don't play ranked games because of how much bad players i had on my team, i'm still playing the first 10 games in ranked solo. Another problem was that i played sona, so it was pretty hard to make a 'winning' change in the game.
