What Faulkner did was strike him 3 times with a flash light because he was resisting arrest. Look, Mumia is racist. There is a lot of erroneous and conflicting information about this case out there so it can be hard to determine the truth. Reading the court transcripts cleared it up for me because it is an unbiased account of what went down. Check it out.

I saw one of them on HBO and it made me think Mumia was innocent, but then I looked into the case myself and found out that the movie I saw was very biased & didn't tell the whole story. Bottom line: Faulkner didn't have it coming. It sounds like you've read a lot of the pro Mumia stuff. Try to balance your perspective: read "Murdered b Mumia." I did & along with the transcripts it cleared the air for me.

@subsamadhi I know that cops aren't perfect. That's why they have an Internal Affairs Division. And you're right about race being a big factor in this case. I haven't seen any evidence so far that proves that Faulkner was racist, but it is quite obvious that Mumia hates white people. Mumia was allowed to represent himself, but after several outbursts of bizarre behavior and requests it became clear that he wasn't going to follow the rules nor did he have any idea what they were. The judge then had no other choice but to assign him a lawyer. Because Mumia was so stupid and incompetent, the judge was actually doing him a favor by assigning counsel. As of now we can only read the reports of Mumia's supporters (which are all over the web) and then we have a site dedicated to the fallen officer (called danielfaulkner com). I have found this site to be very credible, in particular the "Myths About Mumia" section under the "Important Links" heading. What sold me is all the court transcripts on this site. They tell a very different story from all the other myths.
Mumia's supporters are just the usual knee-jerk racists who blame Whitey for everything since they can't admit that the so-called "Black community" is at fault for running their own schools or neighborhoods into the ground and turning them into little better than 3rd-world cesspools.

What Faulkner did was strike him 3 times with a flash light because he was resisting arrest. Look, Mumia is racist. He hates white people and when he saw a white cop trying to arrest his black brother it brought out his murderous rage. Faulkner did not have that coming. If Faulkner was trying to kill Mumia's brother in cold blood I would agree with you, but that's not what happened.

There is a lot of erroneous and conflicting information about this case out there so it can be hard to determine the truth. Reading the court transcripts cleared it up for me because it is an unbiased account of what went down. Check it out.

I saw one of them on HBO and it made me think Mumia was innocent, but then I looked into the case myself and found out that the movie I saw was very biased & didn't tell the whole story. Bottom line: Faulkner didn't have it coming. It sounds like you've read a lot of the pro Mumia stuff. Try to balance your perspective: read "Murdered b Mumia." I did & along with the transcripts it cleared the air for me.

I haven't seen any evidence so far that proves that Faulkner was racist, but it is quite obvious that Mumia hates white people. One thing that I've noticed about racists is that they can all justify and rationalize their hate so don't give that "black hate is righteous hate" bull shit. Mumia is a killer, pure and simple.

Mumia was allowed to represent himself, but after several outbursts of bizarre behavior and requests it became clear that he wasn't going to follow the rules nor did he have any idea what they were. The judge then had no other choice but to assign him a lawyer. Because Mumia was so stupid and incompetent, the judge was actually doing him a favor by assigning counsel. This fact of course was lost on Mumia himself. What a moronic low life loser!!!!

As of now we can only read the reports of Mumia's supporters (which are all over the web) and then we have a site dedicated to the fallen officer (called danielfaulkner com). I have found this site to be very credible, in particular the "Myths About Mumia" section under the "Important Links" heading. What sold me is all the court transcripts on this site. They tell a very different story from all the other myths.

That post is one of the worst shitholes in the entire Army, or at least was back in the 70s. It was the only square mile of the US in which motorcycles were forbidden, so we had to park offpost and get vandalized by the local monkeys. The reason was that noise might upset patients -- while all the blasting was going on to build the new hospital.
