I looooved Chulip. I thought it was absolutly awesome. It is very... different, but some of the people were really difficult and fun to get a kiss from, which if I was talking about anything other than Chulip I would drive myself to a happy house myself, so rest assured, it really is a good game.

I'm sure this game was heavily inspired by Earthbound. From the graphics, sound, characters, weirdness, etc. They must have had Earthbound in mind when they made this game.

Same here. I bought a copy a week ago after viewing this vid.

I got up to the part where the letter writing kit gets stolen from the streetlight that kicks everything.

I quit right after, because I randomly got a game over all of a sudden.

I plan to retry it again some time, because Chu-lip sure has some intriguing social commentary going on.

P.S. I wish Nintendo would localize Captain Rainbow over here. That game looks every bit as insane as Chu-lip.
